New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expressed hope that the Muslim community in India shall be able to derive huge benefit from the welfare schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, and Mudra Yojana initiated by the NDA Government.
Reiterating his commitment to development, laying special stress on education, especially girl child education, Prime Minister Modi thanked a delegation of eminent Muslim citizens, who called on him.
Members of the delegation also praised the Prime Minister’s development agenda and his successful implementation record.
Congratulating the Prime Minister on his recent successful visit to Saudi Arabia, they said the people in West Asia, Central Asia and North Africa, especially the youth, are extremely impressed with his development agenda and want good relations with India.
The members of the delegation included Maulana Kalbe Jawwad – Shia Cleric; Kamar Agha – expert on International Islamic Affairs; and Shahid Siddiqui, among others. (ANI)
