The Prime Minister’s Office on Friday quoted excerpts from the speech of PM Narendra Modi he delivered in Kanyakumari in which he equated himself with India.
The PMO tweet read: “Sadly, a few parties, guided by Modi hatred have started hating India. No wonder, while the entire nation supports our armed forces, they suspect the armed forces.”
Right after tweeting this, PM Modi faced flak from the netizens as one of the users said “Modi is not India and India is not Modi. You need to get the entire logic right.”
Here are some tweets from Twitteratis,
Modi is not India & India is not Modi .
We don't hate you modi . We hate the things you do without thinking and only for your political gain's.— Yash (@puriyash41) March 1, 2019
Modi does not mean India. India is much bigger than you .You are megalomaniac to think Modi=India

Besharam Janata Party. Nobody is suspecting Indian Armed Forces. You are politicising the valour of our brave soldiers for political mileage.

'Modi hatred to hating India'?Has PM Modi started considering himself synonymous to India? Because that is a sign of grave danger to our Democratic spirit.

How can a PM of India even suffer from such self delusion ? And use drama to evoke sentiment and emotion? No sir : every Indian loves India. Every Indian does not love Modi. India is not Modi . Modi is not India . Such tweets from a pmo handle are in terrible taste

Parliament should have a resolution how PMO handle can be used.
You should know that hatred against a politician or political party does not mean against India.
People even hate to read your poisonous tweet.
