BJP MLA G. Kishan Reddy on Wednesday claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ensured corruption-free governance in the country during the last two years.
Speaking to media persons after distributing sewing machines among poor women to celebrate completion of two years of BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre, Kishan Reddy said that Narendra Modi introduced several reforms to improve administration. He said that the education and health sectors, whose functioning was deteriorated during Congress-led UPA regimes, were streamlined and accountability was fixed on senior officials at all levels. He said that the Modi Government has set a new precedent of best governance.
Speaking about TRS Government in Telangana, Kishan Reddy alleged that the State Government has totally failed to handle drought situation. He said that the State Government has failed to implement several Central schemes for the poor. He warned that the Telangana BJP would launch mass agitation if the TRS Government continues with “anti-people policies.” (INN)
