Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with other senior BJP leaders including party president Amit Shah and L K Advani, arrived for the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) National Council meet, which is being held in the capital today.
The meet is being held to discuss party organization issues.
Chief Minister of Goa Manohar Parrikar, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Raman Singh and Chief Minister of Gujarat, Anandiben Patel also arrived to take part in the meet.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah will address the meet, which is the first meet after the party’s victory in the Lok Sabha elections.
BJP leader Ramesh Bidhuri said that it was the good fortune of Delhi that the National Council meet is being held here after winning the elections.
