PM launches CAA campaign; BJP IT Cell tweets ‘CCA’

New Delhi: Weeks after the newly enacted law sparked deadly protests across the country, PM Narendra Modi launched a campaign on twitter with hashtag #IndiaSupportsCAA to gather support for the Act.

#IndiaSupportsCAA because CAA is about giving citizenship to persecuted refugees & not about taking anyone’s citizenship away.

Interestingly, the BJP followers and pro-Citizenship Amendment Act activists supported the campaign but misspelled CAA to CCA.
