PM asked to go by Bal Thackeray

Mumbai, September 30: Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray on Sep 29 asked Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister to resign immediately alleging that he was ‘ wearing a mask of honesty’ .

Bal Thackrey also demanded that the Lok Sabha be dissoluted.

“The prime minister has spared no efforts to protect and save any of the corrupt leaders, ranging from A. Raja to Kanimozhi to Suresh Kalmadi, and now P. Chidambaram. The PM stands thoroughly exposed,” said Bal Thackeray.

Hurling his attack on P Chidambaram, Thackeray said that the then finance minister, Chidambaram could have prevented the spectrum loss adding that the correspondence between the telecom ministers, finance ministers and the prime minister showed that the entire cabinet was corrupt.

Thackeray further added that Manmohan Singh accused the opposition of plotting to force early elections.
