Amman: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday arrived in Jordan, which is his transit to Palestine.
The Prime Minister, who is on a three-nation tour, will visit Palestine via Jordanian capital Amman.
Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said Modi’s visit to Ramallah in Palestine was the first ever visit by an Indian Prime Minister there.
After Palestine, the Prime Minister would visit United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will hold discussions on matters of mutual interest with their leaders, apart from participating in other events.
He would also address the Sixth World Government Summit in Dubai, where India has been extended the ‘Guest of Honour’ status.(ANI)
