Plum Pudding

ngredients:

• ¾ cup hot milk
• 2 tbsp finely grated orange peels
• 6 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 ½ – 2 tbsp corn syrup
• 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
• 12-13 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2-3 pinches baking powder

For the batter:
• 2-3 tbsp black raisins
• 2 tbsp finely chopped dry plum coated in sugar syrup
• 2 tbsp finely chopped dry cherries coated in sugar syrup
• 2 tbsp raisins
• ¾ tbsp coarsely grounded clove powder
• ¾ tbsp cinnamon powder
• ¾ tbsp garam masala powder
• Salt to taste
• Butter for greasing
• All-purpose flour for dusting

For the garnish:
• Orange slices
• Finely chopped dry cherries coated in sugar syrup
• Finely chopped dry plum coated in sugar syrup
• Finely grated orange peels
• Blueberries coated in sugar syrup
• Cinnamon powder
• Fresh cream

Method:
• Mix the black raisins, plums, dry cherries, raisins, coarsely grounded cloves, salt, cinnamon powder and garam masala powder in a bowl.
• Then mix hot milk in it and leave it aside for 10-15 minutes.
• After this, mix chopped orange peels and brown sugar in it.
• Next, mix corn syrup and bread crumbs in the mixture.
• Add all-purpose flour and baking powder to the bowl.
• After this, mix the milk and all-purpose flour in it to prepare the batter.
• Pour the prepared batter in the greased mould and bake it in the oven for 22-25 minutes at 180° – 190° centigrade.
• Garnish the prepared pudding with orange slices, cherries, plums, finely grated orange peels, sugar syrup coated blueberries, cinnamon powder and fresh cream.
• Your plum pudding is ready.
