Police tonight foiled an attempt to loot passengers of Pataliputra Express train by arresting six persons from the platform of Jamtara railway station.
They (six persons) were waiting to board the train when the district police and the personnel of Rail Police Force
overpowered them, Superintendent of Police Sunil Bhaskar told reporters here.
Two revolvers, eight bullets and some chemical substances were recovered from their possession, he added.
