Hyderabad: Akbaruddin Owaisi, MIM Floor Leader in Telangana Legislative Assembly claimed that he has come to know that 11 persons had reached Hyderabad to kill him.
According to the report published in Telangana Today, he made this claim while addressing a public meeting on Friday evening. He also claimed that these 11 persons belong to different parts of the country including Karnataka, Allahabad, Banaras.
Continuing his speech, he further claimed that some persons have threatened him over phone. Threat emails are also received, Akbaruddin Owaisi added.
Meanwhile, a senior police official of Hyderabad City Police said that proper security was provided to Akbaruddin Owaisi after the earlier attack which had taken place in Chandrayangutta. He also said that based on intelligence inputs and other factors, the security is revamped.
