Hyderabad, July 31: The Met Department on Saturday said that while the rest of Andhra Pradesh could experience rains, the city may experience a very pleasant climate with temperatures hovering between 32 and 22 degrees Celsius.
According to the Met Department, citizens living in and around Hyderabad may do well to carry their umbrellas or rain protection gear with them since rain or thunders may occur in some parts of the city.
The sky condition would be generally cloudy.
Rainfall occurred at most places over Kerala and Coastal Karnataka, at many places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Interior Karnataka and at a few places over Rayalaseema and Lakshadweep.
The following stations recorded heavy rainfall in centimetres.
Avanigadda (Krishna district), Mangalagiri and Piduguralla (both Guntur district) 9 each, Yellandu (Khammam district), Nuzvid (Krishna district), Tadepalligudem (West Godavari district) 8 each and Kozhikode, Bhimadole (West Godavari district), Sirpur (Adilabad district), Kadra (Uttara Kannada district) and Lakkavalli (Chikmagalur district) 7 each.
