Mr. Rahmathullah, recipient of UNICEF award said that Mr. Yousuf Safi made use of dramas for the Welfare and reformation of society. He is not only human friendly person but also an artist of high celibre.
Mr. Safi was garlanded and a shawl was presented to him. While addressing the felicitation function of Yousuf Safi, he said that Govt. of AP should include Urdu dramas also in Nandi awards. Mr. Yousuf Safi wrote 18 dramas. His contribution is laudable.
Mr. Ravindira a retired officer of Roads and Buildings Dept. said that Mr. Yousuf Safi has spent 40 years of his life for writing dramas. He told that the artists should be encouraged Mr. Sattar Faizi, Vice President of Kadapah Urdu Cultural and Literary Association in his speech told that Mr. Safi’s drama “Khaab Pathar Mein” was staged at the University of Hyderabad which was appreciated by Urdu crites. A large numbers of persons attended the function.
