A passenger Boeing 737 plane on Sunday crashed while landing at an airport in the Russian city of Kazan.
According to reports, at least 50 people are feared dead after the plane exploded while attempting to land at the runway.
The plane’s nose reportedly hit the ground while it was making a second attempt at landing at the airport’s runway.
The plane’s fire was doused in less than one hour, the reports said.
The flight was took off from Moscow’s Domodedovo airport. The reports said the plane belonged to Tatarstan Airlines and that the cause of the crash is not yet known.
