London: Rapper Pitbull was “honoured” to perform at Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello’s wedding.
The 34-year-old rapper was thrilled when his friend asked him to provide the entertainment when she tied the knot with the “Magic Mike XXL” star in Florida last month, reported Femalefirst.
“Sofia I’ve known now for six, seven years, but I’ve always been a big fan of hers. You’ll notice in interviews back in the day they would say, who is the woman you think is the most beautiful or someone you think is gorgeous? Sofia Vergara.
“To see what she has done with her career, from the root to the fruit, it’s an honour and a blessing to be at her wedding and to be a part of such a special day with her,” she said.
The “Fireball” hitmaker’s 45-minute set went down a storm with the 400 guests, but no one enjoyed themselves more than the “Modern Family” actress – much to her new husband’s shock.
“That was a lot of fun. You know, Sofia knows how to have a good time. By the third song in — I did about a 45-minute set — she was on stage with all her beautiful bridesmaids and friends, and that’s when the party started.
“She definitely dances more than Joe, and Joe was looking on that stage going, ‘Oh boy’. And his family was going, ‘Oh boy, this is going to be a ride.’ It is, my friend. Get ready. But it will be fun.”
