Hyderabad: Hajj Camp 2016 has virtually begun at Hajj House, Nampally, while the aspirants of first flight scheduled on August 21, have reported at Hajj House, confirming their Holy pilgrimage. 340 pilgrims including pilgrims of Adilabad (28), Hyderabad (146), Kareem Nagar (12), Khammam (8), Mahboob Nagar (31), Medak (21), Nalgonda (7), Nizamabad (43), Rangareddy (20) and Warangal (23), will fly through the first flight. They will be accompanied by a Hajj volunteer (Khadimul Hujjaj). All arrangements have been made to welcome the pilgrims of Hajj camp. Arrangements for pilgrims have been made in Hajj House building and the under construction building adjacent to it. Stalls of various departments and institutions have also been put up.
Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Mahmood Ali and Secretary Minority Welfare Department visited Hajj House and took stock of the arrangements. Hajj Camp will continue till August 28. Pilgrims of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka will embark upon Holy pilgrimage through 15 flights.
