Pilgrims exhorted to devote most of their time in prayers

Hyderabad: Two batches of pilgrims of Telangana Hajj Committee left for Saudi Arabia chanting talbiyah. The first batch embarked in the wee hours of Monday from Shamsabad International Airport. The second batch departed at 5 pm from Hajj house and took flight at 9:30 pm from the special Air India flight. Both the batches were seen off by Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel and Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor. 1018 pilgrims, in three batches, have departed for Hajj so far.

Syed Omer Jaleel and S A Shukoor took stock of the arrangements. He appealed pilgrims to make special prayers for world peace, development and prosperity of Telangana. Maulana Mufti Azeemuddin Head Mufti Jamia Nizamia exhorted the aspirants to devote most of their time in prayers.
