Hyderabad, July 02: Muslim Ummah is indebted to Sahaba(the Companions of the Prophet(SAWS) because of them the real understanding of Islam made possible and it will continue till the Doomsday. Hostility to the Companions of the Prophet(SAWS) is the tradition of the Christians and the ,Jews. It is warranted in the present day context that we shoeld face vehemently these forces and expose their conspiracies.
Today, there is a need to create an awareness about Sahaba among the youths. These thoughts were expressede by various Islamic scholars on the occasion of the inaugural function of “Sahaba Conference” organized by Darul-uloom, Hyderabad. Maulana Salman said that Islam is not meant only for the implementation of the dogmas and faith. This was being done by various prophets right from Hazrath Adam(AS).Islam has a mission and an objective.
It has to establish its supremacy over other false religions. It is the responsibility of all the Muslims to propagate Islamic teachings. He further said that the group of the Companions of the Prophet(SAWS) was trained by the Prophet(SAWS) himself. Allah has mentioned the attributes of this group in Surah Al-Fatah. He pointed out that a section of the society is expressing doubts about the Companions which is not a new thing. Right from Abdullah bin Sabah, many people have done this. We have to fight against the atheists and the so-called orientalists who oppose Islam from time to time.
