Photos: Makkah’s Haram Sharif handcrafted on wood

Islamic Holy Site Makkah handcrafted from solid teak wood over a period of 6-8 months. The 3 dimensional carving of Makkah is measuring 180cm x 180cm x 15cm thick. It’s carved at a 45 degree angle and meant to be hung as a wall art above eye level so it will pop out nicely showcasing every little detail of the artwork.

The masterpiece takes months to years to produce and requires the collaboration of various artists across multiple trade. In sha Allah it will be finished by end of 2020.
