Nehru Zoological Park completes its 50 years of existence on 6th October 2013. To mark this occasion, golden jubilee celebrations of the park “Zootsav” will be held from 6th to 10th October. Many programs were being organized on this occasion. Mr. A. Shankaran, Curator of the park this in a press conference held yesterday. He said that during the golden jubilee celebrations, the entry of the children below 12 years will be free. Spot photography contest and other competition will be held for children below 16 years age. The competition will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on 29th September.
