New Delhi: A 30-year-old photographer was shot dead allegedly by his friend over a money dispute in southwest Delhi’s Chhawla area.
Dalchand was taken away by his friend from his home yesterday at around 9.30 PM, police said.
His family has accused his friend of killing him, they said.
It is suspected that Dalchand, who worked as a photographer in a photo studio, was killed over a money dispute, police said.
The accused also took away his mobile phone after murdering him, they said.
Last night, Dalchand’s father received a call from the killer, saying that he was taking Dalchand’s phone and thereafter, his phone was switched off, police said.
A search was launched by the police and his body was found near Shyam Vihar area in southwest district, police said.
Dalchand stayed with his family with New Roshanpura area.
