In Charge Vice Chancellor of Telangana University, Mr. Parthasarathy, IAS, inaugurated Ph.D. program in Telangana University yesterday. In his inaugural speech, Mr. Parthasarathy told that if the Research Scholar conduct research on the natural resources of Telangana, it will benefit the state. He advised them not to make their dissertations as the models of cutting and pasting.
Speaking on this occasion, Prof. Limbardri, Registrar of the University told that very soon a notification would be issued inviting applications for Ph.D. Prof. Kanakaya, Dean of the University presided over the function. The function was attended by Dr. Athar Sultana, Dr. Praveen Kumar and a large number of Research Scholars.
