Asserting that leaders from other political parties were joining the TRS on seeing monumental development process in the State, TRS supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today confidently said they would retain power in 2019 general elections despite destabilizing conspiracies being hatched by the TD and Congress parties. “We will complete all the irrigation projects and other schemes by 2019 and would retain power confortably.
KCR welcomed into his party the Congress MP Gutha Sukhender Reddy, former MP G Vivek and his brother G Vinod, MLAs Ravindra Naik of CPI and Bhaskar Rao, J Narsing Rao, ZPTCs, MPTCs and other leaders from various districts at Telangana Bhavan here. He took serious exception to his Andhra Pradesh counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu’s talk of reuniting the two Telugu States and that the TD will come to power in Telangana in 2019 elections. KCR ridiculed Naidu for stating that the two Telugu States will be reunited like Berlin Wall collapse to combine East Germany and West Germany. He exhorted the politicos and the people to be wary of such conspiracies of the Opposition parties carrying out such malicious campaign to dethrone him and bring President’s Rule in the State.
“Sensing foul smell, MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi extended his party’s support to our government and we are second to none in politics to develop our own State after bifurcation”. KCR got nostalgic about the statehood fight, ups and downs, Centre’s announcement for statehood and going back after Chandrababu hatching a conspiracy against the bifurcation and after. He also said when Rosaiah was Chief Minister of AP before bifurcation, he took up fast-unto-death against 14F which denies Class IV jobs to Telangana people and Centre announced statehood later.
KCR also slammed flayed the Congress leaders K Jana Reddy for opposing the defections which were correct during YSR regime and not now. He also slammed the Congress deputy leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka for predicting that the TRS Government would not last long. KCR further stated that people of the State are the bosses and political stability will pave the way for persistent growth to eradicate poverty and transform a green and golden Telangana by addressing the all issues.
