Petitions of MIM MLAs, Mr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, Mr. Ahmed Pasha Qadri, Mr. Mozzam Khan and Ahmed Bin Abdullah were rejected by High Court. They had requested the court not to proceed with the hearing of election irregularities. Mr. Majeedullah Khan Farhad had approached the court highlighting irregularities during the past General Elections.
