The Andhra Pradesh High court today quahsed a private legal petition filed by one Mr OM Dubera against legal aid to the Ministers. The petitioner challenged the government’s decision to provide legal aid to five Ministers who had received notices from Supreme Court in the controversial 26 GOs case.
After quashing the private petition, the apex court stated that the case was not take up as the issue presently in the Supreme Court. UNI
