Sheikh Fahd Bin Nasser Bin Sabah Al Ahmad has wed the daughter of wealthy local businessman Al-Kharafi in a lavish ceremony.
The ceremony was also marked by the presence of a number of Arab performers and artists, including Rashed Al-Majed, Mohammed Abdu, Nawal, Hussain Al Jassmi, Abdul Majeed Abdullah, Lebanese singer Myriam Fares and Qatari artist Issa Kubaisi.
