A delegation of the leader of Telangana Political JAC led by Prof. Kodandaram met opposition leader of Lok Sabha, Ms. Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi yesterday and apprise her of the activities of Seema Andhra MPs on the occasion of presentation of Telangana Bill in Parliament. They told that the people of Andhra Pradesh have mentally been divided and it is not possible to live together. It is better that the State is bifurcated. The leaders of the delegation also apprised her of the 50 year struggle of the people of Telangana and that the Seema Andhra Rulers have done a lot of injustice to the people of Telangana. Now that the bill has been presented in the Parliament, BJP should support it as per its promise.
Ms. Sushma Swaraj assured that BJP is firm on supporting Telangana Bill and there is no question of deviating from it. Prof.Kodandaram talking to newsmen told that if Telangana bill is not passed in the Parliament, the Law and Order situation in the Telangana region might get worse.
