Hyderabad: The proposal to construct a pedestrian bridge from State Central Library to Salarjung Museum will soon turn into a reality as these plans are in the pipeline.
Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has sought proposals from all the stakeholders.
It is estimated that Rs. 165 would be the total cost of this project which will be completed in three years. It will be 200 meters long and 72 meter wide,
It will have entrance gates on either side depicting minarets.
There is a proposal to allocate space on this bridge to the fruit sellers of Charminar who would be shifted from there.
