Peach Army has pressed the incharge city police commissioner Mr. Anurag Sharma to take measures for elimination of social evils.
A delegation led by Mr. Syed Mahmood Ali president Peace Army told the commissioner that receipt is denied on lodging complaint at the police station.
The delegation hailed the move of shutting down the shops and hotels early by the police which compels people to return early from marriage parties. Peace army is helping the police in identifying gambling centres and other illegal activities.
The delegation told that graves have been dismantled at a graveyard at Devdi Kalyani Nawab but despite complaint by the poor people no action has been taken against the rowdy sheeters. The delegation produced the photos and documents before the police commissioner and told that the police holds soft corner for them.
