The TDP senior leader and MLA, Payyavula Keshav on Friday made interesting comments on bifurcation of the State, and opined that no confidence motion against the State government might not be possible when Telangana bill comes to the Legislative Assembly.
Speaking to the media here, Keshav, who was a stout supporter of united Andhra Pradesh, felt that no confidence motion against the State government would only be possible when the Legislative Assembly session was going on. It might not be possible to introduce no confidence motion against the government when Telangana Bill came to the house, he added.
He said that the Governor could ask the Chief Minister to prove his majority, if seemandhra Congress MLAs gave a letter to the governor saying that they were withdrawing support to the State government.
When it happens, the Kiran Kumar Reddy government would be toppled and bifurcation of the state would also be stopped. (NSS)
