Somesh Kumar, Commissioner of GHMC has appealed to the citizens of GHMC to pay their property tax before June 30 without any penal interest. He said that if paid after July 1, 2014, an interest of 2 per cent will be levied per month on the tax amount.
The Commissioner informed that the Citizen Service Centres will be kept open on June 29, (Sunday) to facilitate the tax payers.
He has appealed to the citizens to utilize this opportunity and pay the property tax before June 30, 2014 without penal interest.(NSS)
