Stating that Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan’s remarks against him pained him a lot, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said Pawan Kalyan will not achieve anything with baseless allegations.
Chandrababu Naidu had a meeting with the Chittoor district leaders here on Tuesday. He discussed with the leaders on the arrangements for public meeting to be held in Tirupati on April 30 and the candidate’s selection for MLC seat fell vacant due to Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu’s death. Chandrababu also discussed with the district leaders on the party’s condition in the district.
Speaking on the occasion, Chandrababu alleged that the BJP was provoking the YSRCP. The Centre was making all to play, he said and made it clear that the BJP games will not go on in Andhra Pradesh though it was possible in other States. He exuded confidence that the TDP will win 25 MP seats and will be in a position to decide the Prime Ministerial candidate. He also alleged that Governor ESL Narasimhan was resorting to politics.
