Pawan launches porata yatra, Sure of wresting power in 2019

Launching his Porata Yatra at Itchapuram in Srikakulam district on Sunday, actor-turned Janasena party chief Pawan Kalyna today exuded confidence that he would form government in Andhra Pradesh in 2019 elections.

Pawan made it clear that Janasena would form the government in 2019 elections with the blessings of elders and with the support of youth and sisters. He said he has taken up Porata Yatra to know about people’s problems. “Janasena would protect the culture of Telugu people…it won’t divide castes like other political parties”, he added. He said he came before the people not to seek votes but to know their problems. He praised the people of Srikakulam saying that the place symbolizes patriotism and hard work. “I took the problem of Uddanam to the notice of the State government but it failed to solve the problem fully”, he said.

Pawan Kalyan said he would take the responsibility of controlling migration of Srikakulam people. Pawan, who stayed on Saturday night at Itchapuram, performed Ganga Pooja at the sea at 8.30 am at Kapasukuddi in Kaviti mandal. Later, he launched his Porata Yatra from there. In the evening, Pawan Kalyan participated in the public meeting held at Surangi Rajavari Grounds. (NSS)
