Pawan Kalyan to unveil poll strategy on March 27

Cine star and Jana Sena’s chief Pawan Kalyan will unveil his strategy for the ensuing Assembly and Lok Sabha elections during the public meeting to be held in Visakhapatnam on March 27.

Pawan Kalyan, who launched his new political outfit Jana Sena on March 14, is also expected to make his stand clear on having alliances. After his meeting with BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi last week, it is being speculated that he would join the proposed Grand Alliance comprising TDP, BJP and Lok Satta in the ensuing elections. However, with the TDP-BJP tie-up talks hitting a road block, the Grand Alliance proposals now looks uncertain. Therefore, Pawan Kalyan is expected to announce whether he would sail with the TDP or BJP.

Meanwhile, sources close to Pawan Kalyan have indicated that Pawan Kalyan would go along only with the BJP, as he was supporting the candidature of Modi for the Prime Minister’s post. He is not likely to have any understanding with the TDP in the State. He is believed to have written a letter to Somu Veerraju, who mediated his meeting with Modi, stating that he would support only a national party and would not go along with any regional party.

During the proposed meeting at Indira Priyadarshini Municipal Stadium in Vizag on March 27, Pawan will release his much-touted book ‘ISM’. The book which is authored by Pawan Kalyan and his friend Raju Ravitej explains the ideology of Jana Sena Party. (INN)
