Even as Bhoomi Puja was performed for a new capital city for Andhra Pradesh, the Jana Sena founded by actor Pawan Kalyan today organized protests demanding that the Centre grant special status to the State immediately.
The Jana Sena supporters organized protests at Kaleshwar market in the city here holding flags with Pawan Kalyan photos and raising slogans in support of special status for AP. This was first protest organized by Jana Sena.
The protestors raised slogans demanding resignation of Central ministers of TDP, including Venkaiah Naidu. (NSS)
