Health Minister Dr. K. Lakshma Reddy on Tuesday announced that in-patient services in Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) at Bibi Nagar in Nalgonda district would be launched within three months.
Speaking to media persons during his visit to the hospital, Lakshma Reddy said initially the hospital would have 300-bedded in-patient services. He assured that the Telangana Government would provide all facilities to the patients. He said a bus shed would also be constructed near the hospital.
The minister said MBBS and PG medical courses would be started in NIMS Hospital. He said efforts were on to get AIIMS status for the hospital.(INN)
