Health Minister Dr. Lakshma Reddy launched the Out Patient services in the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences at Bibi Nagar in Nalgonda district on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that the previous government in united Andhra Pradesh did not start the medical services despite the completion of hospital building. However, he said that the Telangana Government has equipped the hospital with all required infrastructure and staff to begin the out-patient services. He said that the services would benefit the people of Nalgonda and neighbouring areas. He thanked Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao for taking special interest in completing the works pertaining to NIMS Bibi Nagar.
The function was also attended by Lok Sabha member Narsaiah Goud, MLAs and MLCs and other leaders and officials of Nalgonda district. (INN)
