New Delhi, January 28: LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan today blamed the Bihar government for “spiralling prices”, saying it has failed to rein in the blackmarketeers in the state.
“Bihar government has totally failed in controlling the spiralling prices, which are rising in absence of any action against blackmarketeers and hoarders in the state. There is nothing like a government in the state,” Paswan said here after arriving from Patna, where his party lent support to a ‘Bihar bandh’ called by RJD against rising prices.
He accused the Nitish Kumar government of failing on all fronts and dubbed the claims of high growth as a “fraud”.
“In a report to the Centre, Bihar government has claimed a growth of 11.3 per cent, while in its economic survey, the government has shown the growth a little above 7 per cent.
