Hyderabad, November 16: (Siasat News) Dr. J. Geetha Reddy, Industries Minister of A.P. told the newsmen that “Partnership Summit 2012” will be held from 11-13 January 2012 in Hyderabad. The objective of this summit is to persuade the investors to invest in the state.
Mr. Anand Sharma, Commerce Minister of India had requested Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy, C.M. of A.P. to hold such a summit. The C.M. then instructed her to start preparations for it. A meeting was convened to explore the possibilities of conducting this summit. It was attended by Principal Secretary (Industries) Mr. C.R. Lewal, Principal Secretary (Food Processing) Mr. D. Mohanar and other officials. The other dignitaries who attended the meeting include Chairman of Confederation of Industries and Commissioner of Industries.
It is expected that delegations from 30 countries would participate in the Summit. In order to attract investments, road shows will be organized in Europe, U.S.A., Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Etc., Dr. Geetha Reddy appealed to the officials to give a wide publicity.
