Hyderabad, June 07: President of Minorities Development Forum Mr. Alauddin Ansari in a press statement said that everyday we come across the statements, assurances and sympathies of the lovers of Urdu for its development. Not only this, leaders organize larger meetings, seminars, Mushairas etc.
Inspite of all these, the decrease in the enrolment of students in Urdu Medium schools is a serious problem. It may be because the sympathises of Urdu do not get their children admitted in Urdu Medium Schools. If this is so, no one else is responsible for the deteriorating standards of Urdu Schools except ourselves. He said that the intellectuals know that all the educational experts agree that a child learns in a better way if he gets education in his mother tongue.
He expressed the need for the parents to get their children educated through Urdu Medium. This work should be undertaken locality wise on war footing.
