The Panchayat Secretary (A-1), Kaikalur, Krishna district was caught red handed by the ACB officials, when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs 8,000 at 12.45 p.m. on March 20, 2014 at O/o. Mandal Development Officer, Kaikalur, Krishna district from the complainant for doing an official favour of processing and issuance of House Plan Approval of the complainant. The A-1 (Panchayat Secretary) received the bribe amount, counted it and handed over the same to (A-2) (Licensed Surveyor) for safe custody.
The accused officers are being arrested and produced before the Hon’ble ACB Court, Vijayawada. Case is under investigation. (INN)
