In a shocking incident 12 men gang raped a woman on the orders of Panchayat officials. This repugnant incident took place in Bhirbhum district of west Bengal. The woman had to pay for her inter caste love affair.
As per the details a 20 years young woman was fined for falling in love with a man of other caste by the village head. When she failed to pay the fined amount to Panchayat the enraged officials of Panchayat ordered for a gang rape on her.
The police have arrested 13 people including the village head.
