Jodhpur: In the wake of the Pathankot Air Force base attack, Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy today said Pakistan is the centre of all terror activities and that all countries will have to join hands to fight terrorism.
The Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, here to inaugurate the annual ‘Pashchimi Rajasthan Udyog evam Hastshilp Utsav’, said, “Pakistan is the centre of terror activities. The face of terrorism in the world Osama Bin Laden remained hidden in Pakistan… and now everybody knows this.”
Talking to reporters, he said all countries in the world would have to join hands to fight terrorism.
The minister’s remarks came in the wake of the Pathankot strike in which six terrorists attacked an Air Force base on last Saturday and it took the security forces more than four days to neutralise them. Seven security personnel were killed in the operation.
Claiming that the Modi dispensation was dealing with terrorism firmly, Rudy said, “This has happened for the first time that Pakistan’s prime minister Nawaz Sharif has spoken to his counterpart in India Narendra Modi in the aftermath of the Pathankot terror attack and has assured of necessary action.
