Pak troops resorting to ceasefire violations out of frustration: BJP

New Delhi, Sept7 : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Shrikant Sharma on Monday said Pakistan is resorting to ceasefire violations in frustration.

Sharma was responding to the latest ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch District.

“They are in frustration and after doing something wrong they blame India. Their army has supporters of terrorists and they do not want peace on border,” Sharma told ANI.

“We wanted good relations with our neighbours, but Pakistan is not changing its habits. Laws are made to stop terrorism but Pakistan is sheltering the terrorists,” he added.

Sharma further said, “We are capable enough and we are continuously giving befitting reply to Pakistan. If Pakistan does any attempt of ceasefire violation, then our armed forces will give reply to that.”

The ceasefire violation on Monday has claimed one life and injured seven others. The injured have been admitted to a local hospital. (ANI)
