Pak PM Abbasi vows to raise Kashmir issue on international forums

Islamabad: Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Wednesday said that he will raise the Kashmir issue on all international forums.

Speaking to representatives of Hurriyat conference in Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), Abbasi said that Pakistan always supported the implementation of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions that call for granting the right to self-determination to the people of Kashmir, according to Pakistan’s Dunya News TV.

The Pakistan Prime Minister added that he himself had raised the Kashmir issue in all international meetings so far.

He further said that diplomatic, as well as international efforts, were required to solve the issue as soon as possible.
