“They just gave a joint statement. Why didn’t they (Pakistan) say this while at the time of declaration of the joint statement? Pakistan has been given all the evidence as far regarding Lakhvi’s. Now they are saying that they will not hear the voice samples. It is been aptly evident that they are not interested in bringing the victims of 26/11 to justice ,” Singh told ANI.
According to reports, Sartaj Aziz had said that no dialogue process will take place with India unless Kashmir issue was discussed first.
A joint media statement released after the meeting between Prime Minister Modi and Nawaz Sharif in Russia on Friday outlined that both sides had decided to expedite the 26/11 Mumbai attacks trial, including additional information like providing voice samples.
The joint statement also said that both sides had agreed to hold a meeting in New Delhi between the two National Security Advisors to discuss all issues connected to terrorism. (ANI)
