Pak minister says ‘Sharif will unite divided families of Kashmir’

Karachi: Pakistan’s Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will unite the divided families of Kashmir. He was addressing a PML-N workers convention in the Palandri town of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).

Rashid said Sharif will bring prosperity not only in the country, but also in the region.

The information minister expressed confidence about the PML-N winning the upcoming AJK legislative assembly polls, reports Dawn.

Rashid informed that the last PPP government had miserably failed to provide relief to Pakistanis and likewise its AJK government had also failed to deliver.

The minister added that the federal government had released Rs300 billion to the AJK government during last four and a half years.(ANI)
