An anti-terror court in Karachi has indicted two suspects for the murder of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) vice president Zahra Shahid Hussain.
The court asked the prosecution to produce all witnesses in the case at its upcoming hearing on June 1, reports the Dawn.
Both Kaleem, the key suspect in the case, and Irfan alias ‘lamba’ were produced in court today and pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against them.
Hussain was gunned down outside her residence in the city’s Defence Housing Authority Phase-IV in May 2013 by two gunmen riding a motorcycle.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan had accused Muttahida Qaumi Movement ( MQM) chief Altaf Hussain for the killing. (ANI)
