Mumbai, January 27: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is highly elated about his winning Padma Shri award for his remarkable contribution towards Indian cinema.
“I am very proud and honoured to have received this honour. I would like to thank my family and loved ones who have been there for me and the industry for supporting me,” says Saif in an excited tone.
The overwhelmed actor is extremely grateful to all those filmmakers he has worked with till date, “I would particularly like to thank Imtiaz Ali, Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, Ramesh Taurani, Farhan Akhtar, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Siddharth Anand, Kunal Kohli, Vishal Bharadwaj for having the faith in me and making me who I am today.”
