Pachadi

Ingredients

1/4 cup curd

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp chopped ginger

1 cup diced pineapple

4 to 5 curry leaves

3 to 4 whole red chillies

1 tsp green chillies

2 Tbsp coconut paste mixed with spices and mustard oil

Method

Heat oil in a pan and splutter some mustard.

Add green chillies, red chillies, ginger and curry leaves.

Now add pineapple and coconut paste.

Cook for few minutes.

Finally add curd.

Mix well and serve.
