New Delhi, December 26: A Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) jawan was killed after the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a speeding fire brigade vehicle in southeast Delhi today, police said. The incident was reported from Kalindi Kunj in Sarita Vihar police station area at around 9 am.
Jitendra Singh was riding a motorcycle when the vehicle hit him from behind, police said adding, he died on the spot. The driver of the fire brigade vehicle, identified as Baleshwar, was arrested from the spot and and a case of rash and negligent driving was registered against him, a senior police officer said.
